"Md. Ferdous Kibria, (Nayan) Publisher and Editor" :-
Left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh, who entered his name in the history books on Friday, September 19, by becoming the first Indian bowler to take 100 wickets in T20Is, in all likelihood will be dropped to the bench when world No. 1 T20I team India takes on arch-rivals Pakistan in their first Super 4s match of the ongoing Asia Cup 2025 on Sunday, September 21, in Dubai. Arshdeep picked up one wicket in India’s 21-run win over Oman on Friday, but he failed to impress with his performance, as a result of which he will be left out of the XI along with Harshit Rana. Both Harshit and Arshdeep, who replaced Varun Chakaravarthy and Jasprit Bumrah in India’s playing XI for the match against Oman, will make way for them.
Chakaravarthy, who is the world’s No. 1 T20I bowler, has picked up two wickets in two Asia Cup 2025 matches played so far, and the Tamil Nadu-based cricketer would like to come up with a big show on Sunday and help India extend their winning run to four matches in a row.
